I am currently an Assistant Professor at
​Copenhagen Business School and
Malmsten Early Career Scholar at
Gothenburg University

My research examines how organizations develop, recognize and integrate expertise and the
​social (dys)functions of bureaucracy 
via qualitative methods 

I am a co-founder of the Talking about Organizations Podcast, member of the Ethnography Atelier, and a rep-at-large for the Organization and Management Theory Division for the Academy of Management.
